I hope you love your life- it looks great from here!

On a side note...35 - 40+ kids in a class, no wonder over 700 MN schools are now failing the NCLBA (see Today's 8/31 Star Trib). I also love how as a 'sanction' for being a 'behind' school, they yank funding. Because now we can really improve!

To my loving teacher friends (Molly, that is you too), I applaude (sp?) you and pray for you!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6782814424997772148.post-1178797182962956012007-08-28T21:56:00.000-05:002007-08-28T21:56:00.000-05:00You know, this post reminded me why I have so much...You know, this post reminded me why I have so much respect for you and consider you my "adult" friend. It's funny to hear (or read, as it were) you talk about your lack of confidence. It just goes to show you can feel any way you want, but that's not necessarily what you project. You, my dear, have never projected to me anything but confidence in your teaching abilities. You never cease to amaze me. And I love you for it. I am choosing to ignore, however, the fact that you have been teaching for five years, because I'd rather not think about why I'm only just starting a career. I hope to soon start playing at grown-up. But you are one. You're awesome.Medea Zorbahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15399840963056991363noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6782814424997772148.post-29151876393474541272007-08-28T20:19:00.000-05:002007-08-28T20:19:00.000-05:00Ah, the beginning of the school year... I hope to also get a lot of work done toward my re-licensure, since I may be going incognito after this year. And forty plus isn't so bad; they don't expect you to grade a lot of papers. I'll just have to keep it very discussion oriented.Mollyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02684472385651395069noreply@blogger.com
